North Carolina licensees are required to take eight hours of continuing-education classes by June 10 of each year to remain on active status. This includes four hours of mandatory update and four hours of an elective of your choice.

Transfer Policy: If you wish to cancel prior to class starting, you can transfer to another class once with full tuition credit within the same CE season (example: July 1, 2010 through June 10, 2011). We are unable to offer refunds.

Please be prepared to show your N.C. Real Estate Pocket Card and valid I.D. at check-in.
