North Carolina licensees are required to take eight hours of continuing-education classes by June 10 of each year to remain on active status. This includes four hours of mandatory update and four hours of an elective of your choice.

If you are the designated broker-in-charge, you must also take the 2009-2010 Broker-in-Charge Annual Review Course. This is a four-hour elective course that must be completed by June 10, 2010, by ALL BICs who were designated prior to July 1, 2009, and who wish to remain a BIC as of July 1, 2010 for the 2010-2011 license period. This course will count as an elective credit. All BICs must also complete the annual mandatory Real Estate Update Course that all licensees must take each year as part of their eight hours of continuing education to be on active status the following license year.

Transfer Policy: If you wish to cancel prior to class starting, you can transfer to another class once with full tuition credit within the same CE season (example: July 1, 2009 through June 10, 2010). We are unable to offer refunds.

Please be prepared to show your N.C. Real Estate Pocket Card and valid I.D. at check-in.

Please contact the Mingle office at 704-372-2984 if you have a disability that requires special accommodation for this course.
