
Adam Miller has been in the real estate industry since 1995. He took his pre-licensing class at Mingle while still an elementary school teacher for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). After a couple of summers as an assistant, Miller transitioned to the real estate industry full-time in 1997.
In 1999 Miller participated in the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association's inaugural Leadership Development Program. Later, he served two terms on the CMLS Advisory Group. He has been an active participant in the association's annual Realtors® Care Day event.
Since January 2011, Miller has served as HUD Portfolio Manager at Wanda Smith & Associates. He was approved as an instructor by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) to teach "Keys to Selling HUD Homes."
Miller is a native New Yorker. He earned a BS in business administration at the State University of New York at Owego and a BS in business administration at the State University of New York at Cortland. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family and coaching youth baseball.
