Dorothy “Dot” Gerringer-Munson, ABR, CRS, GRI

Munson is a 22-year veteran of real estate sales and is broker-in-charge of Home Team Pros, a team of nine Realtors®. She holds several distinguished designations (ABR, CRS, GRI), and is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina, specializing in relocation. In August 2008, Munson completed the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) instructor training for the At Home with Diversity and Home From Work™ courses.

Munson also serves as past-president of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association (CRRA), the local trade association for Mecklenburg and Iredell counties’ Realtors®. Munson has served on several association boards, including CRRA/Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS) boards of directors, 1995-1998, 2003 to present; Housing Opportunity Foundation (HOF) Board of Directors 2003 to present; Grievance Committee 2004-2005; and Professional Standards Committee, 2002-2004. 

Munson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNC-Greensboro).
