Senecal has a master’s in speech pathology from the University of Vermont. After practicing as a speech therapist in the public schools for eight years, she became a real-estate sales associate in 1983.
Since 1983, Senecal has been a multimillion-dollar producer, an office sales manager, a broker-in-charge (BIC), a company general manager and a real estate educator. As director of Senecal Real Estate Programs, she has trained thousands of agents to better serve the real estate public while also working smarter, not harder.
Senecal developed and for two years taught CRRA’s Quick Start program for new agents. She is an approved instructor for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) who teaches the continuing-education (CE) update course, the Broker-in-Charge Annual Review (BICAR) for BICs, and five different electives dealing with agency, fair housing, contracts, ethics and license law.
