State Exam Review

As the official real estate school of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association, the Mingle School is a proven source for helping numerous agents pass the exam with flying colors. The school offers a full-day course as a review of all topics including Real Estate Law and Brokerage Practice, Real Estate Finance, Real Property Valuation, and Real Estate Math. The course also includes a notebook full of facts, along with practice HUD statements, practice math questions and a simulated state exam.
