Keys to Selling HUD Homes


This class is offered Oct. 10, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

This course is designed to educate the real estate professional about United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) homes.  It will dispel common myths about HUD homes and familiarize real estate agents with the HUD contract process from start to finish.  It will also cover common problems and mistakes during the HUD contract process in order to help agents avoid potential errors and pitfalls.  By the end of class, the agent should have a working knowledge of the procedures for searching for, showing and selling HUD homes, and the HUD sales process from contract to close.

This class has been approved for four hours of N.C. real estate continuing education.
