Property Management and Managing Risk

Mingle's Property Management and Managing Risk course is a practical approach to property management that teaches property management and sales along with how to manage liability.

In this course you will learn:

• an introduction to professional property management
• the nature of the manager-owner relationship
• economics and planning, including management plans, the marketing analysis and the property analysis
• leases and tenant issues
• managing residential properties
• managing risk and tenant safety issues

This course is approved for four hours of real estate continuing-education credit by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
