The Mingle School of Real Estate achieved an 84 percent pass rate July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Eighty one out of 96 first-time candidates who took the North Carolina real estate licensing exam within 180 days of completing the approved pre-licensing course at Mingle passed the exam.
