Andy McPherson


Following a successful career in banking as a top executive for a savings bank, Andy McPherson began a new career in real estate sales in Charlotte, NC in 1995. During the past 19 years Andy has enjoyed success in real estate sales and also served for eight years as a broker-in-charge for a large real estate company in the Charlotte area.

Andy is approved by the N.C. Real Estate Commission to teach Pre- and Postlicensing courses as well as continuing-education courses. Andy has written four popular continuing-education elective courses entitled “Procuring Cause and Buyer Agency, Is There a Conflict?”, “The Top 10 Legal Issues Facing Brokers,” “How to Sell That Hard to Sell Listing,” and “Negotiate Like a Pro in Real Estate.”

Andy brings a wealth of practical experience to the classroom and strives to make each class as interesting and informative as possible. Andy’s main goals are to make the course interesting and help students learn the material so they come away with a better understanding of the concepts involved. Andy uses music and videos to keep the students involved.

Andy has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from a major university and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), a certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®).
