The Mingle School of Real Estate offers both North Carolina and South Carolina continuing-education classes.
All schools in North Carolina are in a "blackout period" between June 11, 2019 and June 30, 2019 and cannot offer continuing-education courses during that time. Continuing-education courses will be available again on July 1, 2019.
All North Carolina licensees are required to take eight hours of continuing-education classes by June 10 of each year to remain on active status. Mingle offers several elective courses from our award-winning instructors, as well as the General Update and Broker-In-Charge Update courses.
Licensees who have a license expiration date of June 30, 2018, will need to complete six hours of elective and four hours of core real estate continuing education to enable them to renew their credential. As part of their 2018 renewal, brokers-in-charge must complete the four-hour broker-in-charge continuing-education course, which will count toward satisfying their elective requirement of six hours.
